About Australia Travel Advisor
Attila Berry is a Travel Advisor at About Australia with a background in journalism and a lifelong case of wanderlust. That journalism training shows up in the way she works: she’s a natural listener, endlessly curious about people and places, and driven to get every detail right. Attila enjoys the puzzle of planning — mapping out where to go and what to see — while always leaving room for the unexpected discoveries that make a trip unforgettable.

Her connection to Australia runs deep and personal. Attila spent a semester studying abroad there, then returned for a full year on a Working Holiday visa, exploring icons like Sydney, the Great Barrier Reef, and Uluru while also seeking out quieter, tucked-away corners of South Australia. Originally from Arkansas, she caught the travel bug on high school trips to England and Spain, and has since gone on to live in Australia, in Mexico, and even on a boat in Central America — collecting stories, cuisines, and friendships along the way.

Attila is an Aussie Specialist Expert, 100% Pure NZ Specialist, and Fiji Matai Specialist, with hands-on knowledge of the destinations she plans for. She has a particular love of adventure travel and anything off the beaten path – not just the highlights, but the small towns, undiscovered beaches, and backcountry that reveal what makes a place truly unique.

What sets Attila apart is her commitment to communication. She believes it’s the foundation of a great trip, and she takes the time to genuinely listen to each client’s needs and interests before recommending the places and experiences that fit them best. For Attila, the best vacations are the ones that feel personal, built around a traveler’s own style, curiosity, and vision for their trip.

She’s here to make travel planning feel seamless, stress-free, and exciting from the very first conversation to the moment clients return home, with the goal of crafting a dream vacation they’ll love every step of the way.
